1 15-oz can garbanzo beans drained & rinsed well
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons good evoo
4 tablespoons cold water
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (Cholula)
few drops toasted sessame oil
2 tablespoons tahini
several fresh basil leaves snipped
1 heaping tsp minced garlic
Serve with fresh veggie dippers.
